3. Booking and Payment
All services must be booked in advance. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Gardener Tooting is not liable for any damage caused to property or injury resulting from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
